Q.

Do I have to leave my contact lenses out for a week prior to the free consultation?

Soft contact lens wearers are required to have their lenses out for one day prior to their laser consultation and one week before treatment. Hard or RGP contact lens wearers are required to have their lenses out for one week before the consultation and one month per decade of wear before surgery.

I previously used the Nidek system but found that the results were less than optimal in many patients. Since using the STAR S4 IR™ Excimer Laser System at Optical Express, I say with confidence that this technology is the best and out-performs any other system, including the Nidek. The results are phenomenal.
