Do you provide pupillary distance as part of a sight test?

Your pupillary distance measurement is not an integral part to your prescription reading, but is highly important in ensuring your focal point sits central in your new glasses.

It will usually be taken for every new pair of glasses. However it is not part of a routine sight test and is not provided as part of an individual’s prescription.

In ensuring we follow the guidelines set by both the General Optical Council (GOC) and The Optical Consumer Complaint Service (OCCS), we encourage customers not to purchase their spectacles from online traders as they cannot offer this measurement.
