COVID-19 Update

At Optical Express our first priority is the safety of our patients and employees. 

We are following Government / Public Health and Regulatory / Professional Body advice and at this time we are not carrying out any new patient consultations or routine sight tests in any of our clinics. A small number of clinics currently remain open to provide essential or emergency clinical care.

In accordance with the guidelines, our Head Office functions are also closed, this includes our Customer Contact Centre and Finance Department. We are unable to provide normal service at this time.

If you have recently had surgery with Optical Express, we will be contacting you via SMS and/or email with an emergency telephone number. (Please remember to check your junk folder.)

Alternatively, for all urgent clinical enquiries please email We have a limited number of clinicians available to deal with enquiries and at this difficult time we are prioritising those patients who require essential clinical care or advice. 


If you have a general enquiry which you consider urgent, please send your enquiry to and someone will respond as quickly as possible. Please do not call as our phone lines are currently closed.
